The accreditation and media booking request for UEFA Under-21 Championship Poland 2017 needs to be submitted via the UEFA F.A.M.E. (Football Administration Management Environment) platform. The ﬁrst application period runs from 18 April until 25 May.
Tournament Pass and group stage matches:
Opens: 18 April
Closes: 25 May (23:59 CET)
Within this deadline a tournament pass/accreditation request must be submitted, even if the intention is to follow only the knockout stage phase.
Semi-ﬁnals: (open to accredited media and non-rights holders only)
Opens: 19 June (ﬁnal whistle SVK v ENG)
Closes: 25 June (12:00 CET)
Final: (open to accredited media and non-rights holders only)
Opens: 27 June (ﬁnal whistle Semi-ﬁnal 1) Closes: 28 June 12:00 (CET). Late requests will not be considered.
MEDIA WITHOUT A F.A.M.E. ACCOUNT
Accreditations applications can be submitted only via a F.A.M.E. account. In order to apply for a registration, we kindly ask you to follow the guidelines below:
Once the registration has been submitted complete with a valid press card and at least one recently published sample of your work in football, you will be granted access to F.A.M.E. TV & RADIO NON-RIGHTS HOLDER WITHOUT A F.A.M.E. ACCOUNT
TV (Broadcaster) and radio representatives are asked to apply for a registration in F.A.M.E. by filling in a special form and sending it directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.

The UEFA Under-21 Championship Poland 2017 will take place between 16 and 30 June 2017 in six Polish Host Cities: Bydgoszcz, Gdynia, Kielce, Kraków, Lublin, and Tychy.
